When I called, I spoke to a live person, which for me was the first step in the right direction. I explained my situation and we scheduled for first thing in the morning on Tuesday after the Holiday. About half hour later, I got a call that that a service rep finished a job early and could come within the next half hour. He arrived promptly and after I explained what I expected the problem was, he talked me through what he would do, quoted me a price, and went to work. Job was completed in about an hour. I'm sure he would have been done much sooner, but I kept asking questions. Friendly people. Good job.
Jeff was very prompt and professional. He was thorough and explaining to us what our conditions are and what the remedy would be. They went ahead and fixed our issues and we're back up and running with no problems. I would recommend Tureks to anyone looking for the plumber

Nice to call and talk to a real person and ask questions to schedule an appointment. I needed to change the appointment also, which was very easy.
Drew was very informative, which helped us make a decision on what route we wanted to take for a new sump system.

Cory efficiently replaced two sink stoppers in our master bath. He was courteous, friendly and communicated everything well. A fine young who is professional and very pleasant. Beau joined him to observe and was equally well-mannered.
