We've used Tureks a number of times and always have a great experience. Last year it was a complete bathroom remodel. This year they replaced a leaking outside faucet and brought it up to code. They arrive on time, communicate to tell me when they are coming, what they need to do, and how much it will cost. They do good work, clean up after themselves, and communicate if anything unexpected comes up.
I had some work done by a plumber thru Angie. While the cost was good, the experience was the opposite. This time I decided on doing the work in finding a plumber without help. The cost was high, but the experience and the quality of work plus the interactions with those I interacted with at Turek was nothing but pleasant and PROFESSIONAL. Marcus explained his work and treated you with respect. Previous plumber, little interaction. When Marcus said he was going to be at the job site he was on time. A super person.

Nate performed an inspection on our current (failing) water heater and confirmed the damaged areas of the tank that were leaking. Provided us a quote for replacing the tank under warranty and installing a new sump pump with battery backup. Came back next week and installed both items. Very professional and prompt. Would highly recommend!
