Replacement washer supply valves and supply lines were installed by Jeff K. We started with consultation of the scope of work to be performed. Jeff K. did a superb job replacing all of the necessary components, cleaned up the worksite. I am impressed with the level of professional customer service that was provided.
I also inquired about future replacement of tankless water heater, sump pump and adding a gravity fed backup pump. At no time did Jeff K. pressure me to purchase additional services; he also mentioned some of the other services that Tureks Plumbing Services offers.

We had an emergency repair need when our water heater died in the evening. Jeff was right on top of it and squeezed us in the next afternoon. He hauled the old one out, and installed the new one incredibly quickly. He was super kind, courteous, and left the area spotless. Very thankful for Jeff and Tureks!

Worker arrived very punctually. He was pleasant and knew his work well. He quickly and accurately assessed the problem and offered what work was needed and its cost. He worked very efficiently and kept a very clean work area throughout the process. I am pleased with my new toilet. No more leak!

Absolutely amazing team! Had a warranty replacement issue on my hot water heater and they were able to take care of everything. Only had to pay the labor for removal and install. Great communication and very knowledgeable Technician.
This isn't my first time using Tureks and with good reason. The professionalism from Megan on my initial call, to the speed and professionalism from the tech Nate. I know I caught a perfect storm, but from phone call to when Nate showed up was 20 minutes. Installation of our new water heater was quick, efficient and cleaned up after. I'll continue to use Tureks in the future.

Since my first call to Turek's Plumbing, the staff has been extremely helpful and accommodating for my tight schedule. When my water heater had gone out, I was able to get an estimate appointment the very next day, and was able to work around my absence due to my work schedule.
When I had received a phone call from Jeff, the technician, he was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the various styles of water heaters that were available. He had spent significant time outlining the pros and cons of each model, while also explaining things in a way that made sense to the average person. He had made himself available for any questions throughout the week and the weekend, so I was able to make an informed decision. I also understand that he was willing to research the heat pump style water heater we had requested, even through he had never worked with one before. The office staff had also reached out to me to ensure that everything was going smoothly and I had the information I needed to proceed with the water heater install.
The install itself was done while I was at work, and I could not be happier with its performance and installation. My house remained clean, and there was no garbage, water, or significant damage left behind.
I strongly recommend the staff at Turek's Plumbing, and I will continue to use them in the future.
