I was able to get an appointment on the day I wanted (for a non urgent problem). Jeff was great. He investigated the problems thoroughly, explained all the possible ways forward, and most certainly left this place tidier than he found it. Great service - I'm a very happy customer and I will definitely use Tureks again.
Jeff was amazing. He was very professional. Took the time to explain everything and answer my questions. The part was not available quickly but there was prompt follow-up when it arrived to reschedule. It will be a no brainer for me to reach for Jeff's card when I need to have additional plumbing services or maintenance in the future.
The technician was very prompt and cordial. He finished the job quickly and cleaned up completely.

Service person arrived promptly, did a thorough evaluation of my problems/needs, provided me with options, then performed the work I needed done today and made arrangements for future work. This was all done in a professional and efficient manner.
Friendly service and got my urgent need taken care of same day I called. My water heater went out and was leaking all over the basement floor, tech was knowledgeable and efficient even when an issue arose, he remained pleasant and called a helper to lift the water heater over to the drain and remove the spigot to let it drain properly before hauling it away. The new one looks great and was installed within a couple hours. Happy customer...this is the 2nd time I've had Tureks do work for me and they are very professional and patient explaining everything!
