I called a few companies when my water heater started leaking. Received a quote and a promise of someone that would "come right over" to give me a quote. That company did not show. Tureks gave me a timeframe so I knew when they would arrive for my quote. There was no guessing if or when. Marcus arrived well within the timeframe and called to let me know he was on the way. He was very friendly and helpful. The quote was good and he was able to start right away because he had a tank in his truck. Great service, great people! I'm very happy!

They also replaced our corroded hot and cold faucets for my clothes washing machine. Michele and Katie were wonderful while answering my questions and getting it scheduled in a timely manner. Technicians Marcus and CJ were very personable while providing superior customer service throughout the replacement process. Friendly, courteous and knowledgeable, they exceeded our expectations on all levels! Highly recommend! Tureks will definitely be our go-to for any future plumbing needs!
We had our water heater flushed. Scheduling was easy and I liked that I talked to an actual person, not an automated scheduling system. Marcus and CJ were prompt, friendly and took time to explain the process so that next time I could handle the water heater flush on my own but also said they would be happy to do it, too. I would recommend company for all your plumbing needs.
Appt was easy to schedule, tech called to say on their way. Techs were friendly, professional and explained everything. Sump pump battery switched quickly, would recommend for sure.
