Corey arrived exactly on time to fix a recurring problem our plumbing has every several years due to its design under the basement floor. He outlined quickly what initial cost would be. He was a total gentleman. He was very careful about moving himself and his equipment through the house. He had us fixed up and was out the door in under an hour. This was one of several service calls we've had with the company for fixes and upgrades over the years. Why would I call anyone else but Turek?
New sump pump installed 2 days before the record flooding in April 2026. Worked like a champ. No water in my basement. Excellent work.

Everyone was great. They explained everything to me to and when they were done they explained what was done and how the battery backs things up. I used them before and I would use them again.

Needed sump pump line help, came out same day and fixed the issue. THANK YOU!
Needed a sump pump check valve verification and possible replacement due to load noise by the water hammering. Due to previous bad / wrong installation by another company, the complete repair was going to be costly. Jeff and I discussed about possible solution as a tentative to minimize the problem with minimum cost. That works well and we kept the solution until the next pump replacement when the pipes will be redone anyway. Very happy with the fix and service provided.
