I just wanted to say thank you for the two kind and considerate young men who came to fix the toilet for my friend Tom. His wife just passed away. The employees were kind and empathetic, and I just want them to know that it was very much appreciated.

I just wanted to send a message letting you know how happy my wife and I have been with the services provided to us from Tureks. These services began earlier this year with a new sump pump/backup sump pump system, new shower system and most recently a new water heater. Your technicians Dakota and Dan were professional in taking care of the services we needed and in the case of our new water heater...managed the installation during very difficult and cold conditions late last week. Sharing this message, which hopefully gets to these gentlemen's manager/supervisor, that these two gentlemen (along with your support staff that answers the phone and schedules the appointments) have been a pleasure to work with and just wanted to share that feedback. I have to say you sent the two best service guys to do the work here. Truly two guys who work well together, and they know their stuff. Quite pleasant and experienced, in everything that they did here. They were here for almost 4 hours working on issues that "this old house" had...was to the point, didn't try to upsell anything, (as we are on a fixed income) thank you for sending them. When the need arises, Tarek's will be called again...thanks again....a great company, on time...and knowledgeable....

The gentlemen who came in to my home were wonderful. They were courteous and efficient, polite and very accommodating. They did exactly what they said they would do and cleaned up after everything they did. I was very pleased. I am confident I will never need their services again, but I would highly recommend them!

Tureks was prompt and professional. Took the time to explain what he was doing and what he found so that I fully understood everything taking place. I had to replace my hot water heater and they were able to order, pick up and install a new water heater the same day. Very personable. Excellent experience. Will absolutely use again.
