Josh has now fixed 2 separate plumbing issues we've had. This last one was a leaking shower cartridge and his knowledge of how to loosen a stuck brass fitting was a lifesaver. He was able to install the new cartridge and even cleaned out a faucet for no charge. Highly recommend Turex Plumbing!
Josh and Marcus came to take a look at our water softener and sump pump. They had to replace some parts on the softener and made sure we were set up on good maintenance schedule moving forward so that we could avoid the issue in the future and extend the life of the softener. They also installed a new sump pump, but recommended a backup also, and I'm thankful they did. I had been looking at getting my garbage disposal replaced for a while and they were able to squeeze that in for me too—I will NOT be posting pictures of the old one, it wasn't pretty!
Our experience with Turek's Plumbing was fantastic from the initial phone call to the finished product! Their communication was prompt and friendly and all of our questions were answered. The guys working at our house were friendly, knowledgeable, and careful when bringing in heavy equipment. I highly recommend, Turek's!
Jeff did a wonderful job throughout the process. At the initial consultation, he talked me through all my options thoroughly and did not try to upsell me on anything. He helped me with a few other questions that I had, unrelated to the work that I was asking for. The day of the job, they were done in a timely manner, and everything turned out great.
We had the anode rod replaced in my water heater and had the tank flushed. Very quick service and the guys were very informative and answered all our questions. Great job
