Once again, I was overcome and amazed
with the knowledge and efficiency of Tureks' staff. It's important to me that service personnel answer questions and accommodate concerns. It's obvious and impressive that Tureks maintains high standards and provides staff with knowledge of plumbing issues with homes, businesses built yesterday and those, like mine, built in 1933. Grateful.....

Turek's Plumbing did an excellent job. I needed a new water line run and hooked up for my fridge, and they handled everything quickly and professionally. The technician was fantastic—very personable, easy to talk to, and took the time to explain what he was doing. You can tell he actually cares about doing the job right. I'm really glad I went with Turek's and I'd absolutely use them again. Highly recommend.
Serviceman was friendly, wore booties, cleaned up after job done, hauled dead faucets out, turned off all lights. I was happy with the service!
Scheduling service with Katie was flawless. Service was excellent. Nate called to see if he could come 30 minutes early which was great. Plumbing repair was completed quickly and equipment has been running like new. Also requested replacing outside faucet. Nate said he could try, but pointed out potential problems which may be the reason the previous faucet was not working. I have used Tureks in the past and completely trust their service and advice.
Jeff Kolb was very professional yet very friendly. He had patience as he answered all my questions.
Replacement washer supply valves and supply lines were installed by Jeff K. We started with consultation of the scope of work to be performed. Jeff K. did a superb job replacing all of the necessary components, cleaned up the worksite. I am impressed with the level of professional customer service that was provided.
I also inquired about future replacement of tankless water heater, sump pump and adding a gravity fed backup pump. At no time did Jeff K. pressure me to purchase additional services; he also mentioned some of the other services that Tureks Plumbing Services offers.

We had an emergency repair need when our water heater died in the evening. Jeff was right on top of it and squeezed us in the next afternoon. He hauled the old one out, and installed the new one incredibly quickly. He was super kind, courteous, and left the area spotless. Very thankful for Jeff and Tureks!
