My "go-to" plumbing service has been Tureks for 31 years, whether for a kitchen remodel, water heater replacement or smaller projects. This time, it was installment of a walk-in shower. Katie was consistently helpful and kept me informed as to upcoming appointments, etc. Robert was personable and very knowledgeable about the cost, the products, and our choices in various matters. He recognized the value of dedicated customer. He stopped by during the project to check how it was progressing for us and for the installation team. Dan and Jake came to do the installation over the course of two days. Dan had worked on my kitchen remodel and given my experience with him as part of that team, I was pleased he was the lead worker on this project. Once again, he was excellent - consistent, steady, communicative, helpful, and a mentor for Jake. As a team they were skilled and worked well together. They were respectful, on time, able to explain things as the project progressed, worked steadily, and cleaned up at the end of each day very well. Definitely another five star experience provided by Tureks.

We are very happy with our new walk in shower. Drew and Jake did a great job and were very professional. The clean up was well done.
We've used Tureks a number of times and always have a great experience. Last year it was a complete bathroom remodel. This year they replaced a leaking outside faucet and brought it up to code. They arrive on time, communicate to tell me when they are coming, what they need to do, and how much it will cost. They do good work, clean up after themselves, and communicate if anything unexpected comes up.
I had some work done by a plumber thru Angie. While the cost was good, the experience was the opposite. This time I decided on doing the work in finding a plumber without help. The cost was high, but the experience and the quality of work plus the interactions with those I interacted with at Turek was nothing but pleasant and PROFESSIONAL. Marcus explained his work and treated you with respect. Previous plumber, little interaction. When Marcus said he was going to be at the job site he was on time. A super person.
