Jeff & Quincy were the best. I've dealt with several plumbers in the past &none of them were as knowledgeable as these guys. They cleaned my sump pit, advised me on my water softener, as well as my sump pumps. I've already scheduled a new service call with them to install a battery backup sump pump. I'll always be using this plumbing company for all my future plumbing needs; best in Valley!
Exceptional service. Put in a request on their website this morning due to my water heater leaking. The technician was able to come out same day and get a replacement put in while I was at work. Great communication throughout the process and a reasonable price. Would recommend!
I got a quick appointment to replace a leaky outside faucet. No big deal; things wear out in a house built in 1953. However… During the process one of the techs noticed a seriously damaged cast iron pipe in the crawlspace. Because we were concerned about my husband not being able to use the only accessible bathroom, Turek's busted a gut to come back the next day and replace 8 feet of rotten cast iron pipe. Disaster averted! I will need to replace the rest of the old cast iron next year, as it doesn't look great, but it's not leaking, yet. Moral of the story, if your mid century home has cast iron pipes, they're probably Swiss cheese by now. Get them checked! We appreciate their professionalism, open eyes, and willingness to go the extra mile. Thanks, everyone, and see you soon for a less dramatic project.

We have used Tureks now to replace two separate toilets and an outer hose on the side of the house. They are professional, kind, and do great work. He also installed a valve that allows me to turn off the water to the outer hose in the winter so that the pipe won't burst again. We will definitely use them for any future plumbing needs.
