Their customer service is outstanding!
The staff quickly responded to my calls when my water heater started leaking at night after their normal business hours. I left a message and had someone calling me within 10 minutes to confirm my info. Then in another 5 minutes the on-call tech got in touch with me. He was very polite and walked me through exactly what I needed to do.
The next morning I called to see if I could get a quote for a new water heater. The tech was at my house early morning to inspect it and give me an accurate quote. Before lunch it was installed and ready to go. The tech even took the time to run around the house with me to flush the air out of the pipes.
I will be recommending them to everyone I know.
Needed to have old cast iron stack and drains for the bathroom replaced to get bathroom sink working as the existing drain pipes were leaking. Techs were on time, professional and respectful of my home and pets. Services were completed in under the estimated time frame including one snag that happened that no one could have anticipated. Would definitely recommend Tureks for your plumbing needs!!
Shae was timely, communicative and pleasant during our service. He was very clear with upfront pricing. While emergent weekend plumbing issues are never fun, he made the encounter less painful. Highly recommend.

Amazing service! Very easy to make the SAME DAY appointment with Megan. She was very professional and accommodating. Shae arrived before the appointment time- which Megan called to see if that worked with my schedule. Shae was quick and efficient, respectful and professional. He put in metal parts compared to the cheap plastic parts my last plumbing service put in! I highly recommend Turek's!!

Fast response, fast service, did a good job installing. After calling around and getting quotes from several people, they were also about $800 cheaper than the next guy. Definitely found a gem here
