Great work!!! Prompt service and friendly staff
The reception staff were all very helpful and professional. The plumber that came to the house was exceptional. Jeff took the time to explain everything, solved the problem and provided a great value for the work. I HIGHLY recommend this company and will use them for my bathroom remodel. What a pleasure to find this company!
Fast scheduling (next morning) We only had a crud-covered faucet under our bathroom sink that showed some teeny leaks and dribbles. Brendan called 15 minutes before he arrived (per my request). He explained the situation, and made his recommendations, which were actually less extensive than I was expecting. Took extra efforts to keep his work area and in/out of the house clean. Cleaned up extra well after finish. Polite, respectful, didn't "talk down" to me. Repair was reasonable, especially considering I didn't have to spend 2 days trying to do what Brendan did in less than an hour.
This is the 4th time we've had Tureks for service. They are prompt, respectful, reasonable, and professional. I will ABSOLUTELY recommend Tureks to anybody needing plumbing repair.
