Jeff was very prompt and professional. He was thorough and explaining to us what our conditions are and what the remedy would be. They went ahead and fixed our issues and we're back up and running with no problems. I would recommend Tureks to anyone looking for the plumber
These guys are exceptional! Their communication was excellent, and they were both friendly and professional throughout the entire process.
They took the time to explain everything step by step, addressed all of our concerns, and consistently checked in with me during the repair process. It was clear they genuinely cared about meeting our needs—not just making a profit—and wanted to ensure we were set up for long-term success.
Jeff and Quincy are a dynamic duo. I truly appreciated how honest, upfront, and real they were from start to finish.
So glad we found a plumbing service with integrity!
When we need it again, definitely using Tureks Plumbing Services in the future.
Great service! Punctual, knowledgeable and efficient in addressing multiple plumbing needs. Thank you.
The Tureks group was on time, considerate and professional. They communicated what they were doing and then did it.
From our first call to Tureks to the end of the job, they took care of our plumbing emergency quickly while maintaining Quality. Thank you Tureks!
Excellent service and price!!
Nice to call and talk to a real person and ask questions to schedule an appointment. I needed to change the appointment also, which was very easy.
Drew was very informative, which helped us make a decision on what route we wanted to take for a new sump system.
We will most certainly use Tureks in the future for our plumbing needs.
I have nothing to say but he did a good job the only thing I don't like city didn't show up on time
Cory efficiently replaced two sink stoppers in our master bath. He was courteous, friendly and communicated everything well. A fine young who is professional and very pleasant. Beau joined him to observe and was equally well-mannered.
I talked to the plumbers several times during a project next door. I was impressed by the interactions. I only looked at them for my shower. They used custom materials replacing tiles. Impressive workmanship. Very happy with it.
