I highly recommend Tureks Plumbing!!
Jeff K came to service our new home and he was extremely informative and communicated to us thoughrouly as to what was needed done and why and what next steps we should take.
Will be calling them again!
We appreciate the professionalism and quality of work that was done.
We had a sewer smell in our bathroom. We always have a good experience calling Tureks. Jeff came out and replaced our AAV. He took time to explain the different reasons for the odor. We appreciate the information he provided and have a better understanding of next steps.
Installation of a new kitchen faucet went great. Was done correctly. No leaks.
The call to schedule the appointment was good no issues. Drew called to let me know when he was going to be at my Dad's. He was very professional and also called to let me know what was all wrong and what needed to fix and had it done in good timing. No complaints!!
The Tureks team did a great job with our shower renovation! Demo and install was completed in just a few days. Friendly, professional, and thoughtful service.
Great service, Professional and very friendly.
Turek's recently completed the work on our sewer line, which needed descaling and cleaning. I watched the before and after videos of the work and could not believe the difference. I want to say a special thank you to Kyle, who went above and beyond with customer service. He made time for our questions and handled hiccups with our insurance company. Megan, Kristi and other office personnel were very professional and prompt communicators as well. Always very helpful. We will happily continue to be customers of Turek's.
Excellent in everything Markus did and explained to me.
Even though it was not an emergency, they were able to get me in the same day! Great communication, service, and timing.
When I called, I spoke to a live person, which for me was the first step in the right direction. I explained my situation and we scheduled for first thing in the morning on Tuesday after the Holiday. About half hour later, I got a call that that a service rep finished a job early and could come within the next half hour. He arrived promptly and after I explained what I expected the problem was, he talked me through what he would do, quoted me a price, and went to work. Job was completed in about an hour. I'm sure he would have been done much sooner, but I kept asking questions. Friendly people. Good job.
