Nate was very professional and courteous. He explained what he was doing, gave us alternatives and worked diligently. There was no mess and he disposed of the old pieces and parts that were removed. Nate coordinated well with personnel from the city of Appleton to reinstall the water meter in the manner requested by the city (horizontal as opposed to vertical like it used to be installed.) Well done! We're very happy with this work.
We had a leak on our toilet or the old 4" cast iron drain pipe. He gave us an estimate to fix what was needed and another to replace the old piping. He was fast and personable. We had a good experience.
I can't say enough wonderful things about Megan and Jeff at Tureks Plumbing. Megan was extremely professional and polite when I called about my water heater and was able to schedule Jeff to come over and take care of the problem. Jeff was super polite and knowledgeable and explained exactly what the issue was. He was extremely efficient and very pleasant. He took care of the water heater issue and was also able to fix another issue why he was here. Tureks is definitely the company to go to in my opinion as they have the most professional, friendly people!!
