Awesome response to our need for a new hot water heater over the Holidays.
This was one of the best customer service experiences I've ever had. I am a first time home owner that's learning and my pipes burst ???? I called around and that's when I got in contact with Kristi P at Tureks. After explaining my situation, she was extremely compassionate and tried to get me taken care of right away. The communication was great and she Kept me informed with my placement in the service line. Josh B came to complete the service order and was so helpful. He walked me through what happened and explain my option before performing service. He selected the easiest solution which didn't add any stress to my life. It was way less expensive than I imagined and I'm thankful for that. Like I said, I a young home owner and this will be my go to Company for any plumbing issue. Thank you all for making this process as easy and comfortable as possible ??
Job was very well done. Coordination of the remodel and skilled employees was good. We received excellent advice in selecting materials and knew what and when to expect work to be performed and completed. Everyone we dealt with was friendly and patient with our questions or concerns. We definitely recommend Tureks for a complete master bath remodel.
Tureks responded exactly the way we needed them to and they will continue to be our first call for our plumbing needs!

Jeff was my plumber and he was very nice, pleasant, informative, and took the time to explain everything.
What I thought was a leaking pipe was a problem with my furnace but he took the time to explain it to me.

The entire crew did an excellent job in a very timely manner replacing our shower with a walk-in tub!
They replaced a older toilet for me. The technician was very professional, he explained the process, was very aware of cleanliness and made sure he wore shoe covers at all times when indoors. He left the bathroom clean and put everything back. I would recommend them for any plumbing needs
