We couldn't of asked for better service! Josh has been out to our office building twice for various projects and was very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. The office staff is great as well! If we are ever in need of a plumber again, I will be calling Turek's.
They came right out and fixed the problem had all the parts super professional and super nice will call for all plumbing needs
We called about a kitchen sink drain leaking and someone was available 2 days later. They quickly fixed the problem (a cracked trap) and reused some of our pipe to save us money. It's working well now.

I had an old gas heater removed with the fule pipe. The service wait time was short. They were in and out in no time. Reasonable price $770.

Josh was always on time and totally professional. He and the team at Turek's went above and beyond to make the installation, not only as neat as possible, but made improvements to the original system to increase the longevity of the system. I would recommend Turek's to anyone!!
Bottom Line: A+++++ Highly recommend! Will rely on Tureks for future plumbing needs.

Our current water heater began leaking big-time with a bang at 4:30am. On the good side, that bang let us know we were beginning to flood, so we were able to control and contain the discharge. At 5:40am we called Tureks and left an SOS message with their knowledgeable and reassuring answering service. At 7:12am received a call from Megan at Tureks where she quickly gathered the information needed to understand our situation, our current hot water system, and what we would like for a replacement if needed so they could come fully prepared. We scheduled an appointment between 1 and 3pm. Great Job Megan!
At 12:25pm, received a call from Jeff that he was on his way and would be here in 20 minutes - and exactly 20 minutes later, he was here with a very large, full-service, 'mobile warehouse' truck.
Jeff was first-rate in his ability to build confidence that we had the right guy and company to get us back to 'hot water heaven'. As we reviewed events, diagnosed the problem and searched for the best route to a replacement (Tank v. Tankless? Energy efficiency options v. cost? Warranty? What made the most sense for our situation?) Jeff was pleasant, calm, and knowledgeable on everything we threw at him. Over a span of 3.5 hours, we worked through the problem, developed a plan of work, he worked the plan, I paid him a fair price, and we were back to household hot water with a brand new water heater in a clean & dry space with shiny & bright piping to showcase our new acquisition.
We are Happy!

Woke up to water in a bedroom and dripping through the ceiling in the basement. Turek's came by 10:15 am, found the problem and repaired it. Very responsive and professional. Highly recommend.
