Unfortunately, he was not able to perform true repair due to construction issue. States will follow up with residential department. But after the informative conversation, I assured that follow up will be provided.

Dakota called when he was a half an hour out. Got right to work and brought new one in and old one out. Had me come down so he could show me how it works. We needed a sewage pump replaced. Tureks sent a technician shortly after I called. Josh diagnosed an additional issue and had us up and running again within a couple hours. They will be my first call in the future. Thank you so much!
Trouble-shooting my loss of hot water too soon in shower. Josh started with the water heater to which he couldn't find anything wrong. So he checked the mixing valve in my shower since I had a problem with it when first installed. Hopefully changing the valve will fix it… waiting on parts!
