Nate T did a great job of figuring out what the problem was, and kept me well informed along the way. He and Dakota were very professional while they worked in my home. I'm happy with the work and the upstairs shower is great.

Called before he arrived with expected time of arrival. Explained what he was going to do (replace water heater) and what the whole cost would be before he got started. Brought in the new heater and had the work done promptly. Very nice plumber and he cleaned up everything and removed the old heater. Very satisfied, would call them again.
Appointment process was great. Appoint was for next day. Nate came and felt with our clog and advised us of the reasons why this occurs and described some future preventative measures. Well done Tureks. You have good people.

Excellent service! Dishwasher delivery was delayed and Turek's had great communication with me to make sure I was in the know. Nate was quick, efficient and clean while here. So happy to have a dishwasher again!

We are incredibly impressed with the service we received from both Dakota and Megan. Dakota arrived and immediately introduced himself. He acknowledged and interacted with all people in the house upon arrival and was very personable. The service he provided was thorough and he was detailed in his explanation. He was remorseful when offering bad news and provided great solutions with timely implementation. We are very impressed with how quick this problem was resolved!
