We are very happy with the service we received from Tureks when our tankless H2O heater failed. Kristi promptly scheduled a technician to come out and assess the problem. Our technician, Josh B., was on time, efficient and did a great job single-handedly removing our old H2O heater and installing a new one. He gave us 3 options for addressing the problem and we chose to replace the unit. It was a big job and no mess was left behind. A very professional team! We have used Tureks for our plumbing needs for many years and highly recommend them!

It was very fast to schedule. Nate did a great job & gave me options for what I was looking to do. He had the parts on his truck. He was on time for our appointment & cleaned up when finished.
Put in water softener and fixed atub, drain, reposition water filter system. On time cleaned up , and we're very polite.

The employee thst came out was amazing! As a first time home owner, he took the time to show us snd teach us stuff that we had no idea about plumbing related. We will def be using this company again for plumbing needs!
We have been dealing with an ongoing issue with water pressure in our shower. I called Tureks and explained everything to Megan and when Josh came out to look at it he gave us a few options but was not pushy either way. We chose the option that was best for us and he was able to fix our issue in about an hour. We have had nothing but great service with Tureks and will always call them with any plumbing need.
Brendan is a very dedicated worker and worked very hard at my place today He even refused to put in a water heater that was damaged upon arrival and I was glad that he was an honest working employee taking care of his customers. Thank you.
My mom (Sue) would give you more than 5 stars if she could. I'm writing this review on her behalf. Kristi P & Jeff K were phenomenal. Always reliable & easy to get ahold of. Service always the same day she's called which helps put her mind at ease. Very dependable & trust worthy.
