Dakota, who has worked with us previously, is, in a word, fantastic. He has known exactly how to diagnose our issues and has had an immediate response for solutions. Each time he has been here, whatever replacement has been needed, he has had the part(s) on his truck. He is fast, efficient and leaves no mess. Payment by credit card is made easy. And he has time for a pleasant chat when finished. Yesterday, he recalled our daughter by name having solved a plumbing problem for her at a different home across town. We will always ask for him when any plumbing issue may arise. We unequivocally recommend!! Thank you Turek for having him as an employee.

The plumbers came earlier than scehduled, which was a pleasant surprise. They were very friendly and fixed the problem right away without unnecessary costs and parts. A very positive experience overall.
