Shea called ahead of his arrival, was on time within the time frame of the initial appointment. He assessed the plumbing issue and went about correcting the issue. I was very satisfied with the installation of the new water conditioner and necessary plumbing to connect the new brine tank and water conditioner.

Once again, Turek's was called to address a couple issues with our plumbing that they were able to get us into their schedule quickly and the technician was able to take care of all issues and concerns with one quick visit. Katie was very professional and personable as well as being very helpful from a customer service standpoint with getting us on their schedule and assigning a technician. Shae was also very professional and personable when working on the issues asking several questions for clarification on the issues to make sure he fully understood what was happening. After reviewing each issue and doing some troubleshooting, he was able to successfully address each issue in a very timely manner.
Turek's treat us very well of which they respond quickly with addressing any plumbing related issues we encounter and do it in a professional and personable way. We highly recommend Turek's!
