Josh did a great job fixing our bathroom sink, and Katie coordinated our job from the office with clear and quick communication. We have used Tureks again and again because they are so professional.
Michele was very kind and accommodating with my scheduling when I had to cancel last minute. Frustrating that they won't ballpark a straightforward service like decalcifying my water heater when they have a standard price for it, because Shae quoted it as soon as he walked in the door. Shae was super friendly, helpful and informative. I just wish I had at least been given a range of service over the phone, especially since there wasn't a problem, and was just a maintenance thing.
Tureks plumbing did a great job on connecting our minilateral sewer to our sump pump and downspouts. Their initial estimate was very timely and cost competitive. They were responsive to our questions and kept to the scheduled installation time. Tureks has done other plumbing work for us in the past and I would highly recommend them.
Tureks was a pleasure to work with. We were able to schedule a specific time instead of a four hour window that we had with other plumbers. Megan was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions before we scheduled the appointment. Brendan did a great job explaining our options for the work we needed done and he did a great job. We highly recommend Tureks.
Jeff seemed like a great guy , even though I was told no cost to come out it was $100 charge to just check for gas leaks which seemed kinda steep. He did haul away old heater which I gladly would pay for. Think maybe 30-50$ would have been a bit more in the ballpark cost wise
Edit ** I did end up having to call We energies yesterday who did find a gas leak at the connection where the water heater attaches. They fixed it for free which is awesome, wish I would have known they would do that .
As stated above, when you look it up some places charge 80-100 to take an old water heater so I do appreciate that in the end.The frustrating part is when I called I asked the girl who scheduled if there was a "trip fee" she replied no however if the technician needs to do diagnostics or any repairs that you have transparent pricing and would let me know what it would be. And then I got hit with a $100 base trip fee. I would think as a business owner myself we could all agree a better way to go about it would exist. It took all of about 20min.
Thankful for how quickly Jeff showed up and super nice guy, wouldn't rather have someone else do the work, just would like to be told now base 100 fee for checking for a gas leak and ending up getting hit with $100 base trip fee. Even changing it no ill charge $30 for checking for the leak if you'd like me to and if you want I'll take the water heater away for 60-70 would sound better to your customers. Hope this helps you guys.
