Had our basement drain back-up. They provided very quick response and resolution. Explained the overall problem and what was going to be required to prevent the situation from recurring, Not cheap, but fair pricing.
Jeff was very prompt (actually he was able to come to our house early). He explained everything to my husband and made recommendations for the future so that we can save money on the eventual bigger repair cost (we have a broken part that will probably require replacement in the future).

Our water heater died after 14 years on a Saturday morning. We called Tureks Plumbing and Josh called us back with our options. Josh was to our house with a new water heater within 45 minutes! It took him only an hour to install the new one. Awesome service in general, but simply amazing service for a Saturday. Josh was professional, prepared, and extremely knowledgeable. Josh and Tureks saved our weekend. I would recommend Tureks to anyone for their exceptional customer service.
