Our water heater died after 14 years on a Saturday morning. We called Tureks Plumbing and Josh called us back with our options. Josh was to our house with a new water heater within 45 minutes! It took him only an hour to install the new one. Awesome service in general, but simply amazing service for a Saturday. Josh was professional, prepared, and extremely knowledgeable. Josh and Tureks saved our weekend. I would recommend Tureks to anyone for their exceptional customer service.

Both Katie and Nate were extremely professional and helpful. I visited your office on Wednesday and Katie scheduled my appointment for Thursday. Nate called in advance of his arrival and quickly reviewed my issues. He fixed my toilet in minutes, for a reasonable price and provided the best solution for my leaking faucets. Nate did an outstanding job and I would recommend him any time.

We had Tureks come out last week to replace some leaky plumbing. I appreciated that when I called a person answered the phone. I didn't have to leave a message or wait for them to get back to me. They were able to get us onto their schedule quickly. The actual plumbers that came out were nice and easy to talk to. Got the job done quickly. It's only been a few days, so far, it's not leaking. So, hopefully it stays that way. Thank you!

Had the unfortunate event of a leaking water heater on a weekend. I called Tureks and within 20 minutes, Jeff Kolb had reached out to explain options. Jeff was very professional and easy to talk to. Jeff was able to replace the water heater, put everything together, and clean up in 2 hours. Tureks will be the only plumbing service I use and will highly refer due to the service Jeff provided.
