Everything went smooth as silk except for a little sticker shock on the new disposal! Dakota was very thorough in his explanations and even helped me with toilet water issue! I also appreciate Kristi for her responsiveness to my Sunday email. I've never had any communication issues with her. It's nice to work with someone that really knows what she's doing! Thanks to both of you for the quality customer service you provide.
Josh showed up quickly, explained everything I had questions on, was very knowledgeable, & kept everything VERY clean while he worked. I would highly recommend this company, and would especially recommend the service tech Josh B!
I will 100% recommend Tureks. They were efficient and thorough with explaining everything to me. They were also fast with getting me a new water heater and installed same day I had scheduled them to come take a look at my water heater. They are also price reasonably. They will forever will be my go to for all plumbing services.

Our plumber Dakota was 5/5. Very polite and professional. Tureks was recommended by family that has been using them for 20+ years, I was not disappointed.
Scheduling was fast and they worked around my work schedule. I was even offered to be moved up the day before my appointment which unfortunately didn't work for my schedule but it was nice to be given the option.
They definitely earned my business into the future.

We had a water heater go out yesterday and we called Tureks Plumbing. They went above and beyond and got us in first thing in the morning. Our plumber Shae Schmidt was outstanding. Told us what was happening, very patient and empathetic to our situation. Gave us an estimate and other options before he did any work. I would highly recommend Tureks Plumbing. The customer service is top notch. From Michelle who answered the phone to Shae. Well done. Oh, and they are based out of Appleton and came into Ashwaubenon to fix the situation. Wow!!
Our new kitchen is completed. The remodel was done on time. We were highly satisfied with the outcome. We have the same positive experience we had when Tureks remodeled our bathrooms 6 months ago. Again, thanks to teams for the outstanding work! we would highly recommend Tureks.
