I can't say enough about the service Tureks has provided to me through the years. The technician (Nate) was professional, courteous and knowledgeable. Megan was courteous and helpful when I called to make the appointment. The battery for my sump backup needed to be replaced after 10 years. Nate had the battery replaced and I now have a working backup battery again. Very satisfied with the results.
Nate is awesome. We really appreciate his kind and calm demeanor. He takes the time to explain things to the non-plumber.
Had a leaking water heater and was able to someone out the same afternoon. Peyton, Kyle and Megan were very polite. Showed up within the schedule time and even called ahead. Fast and friendly service. Would recommend to anyone. Thanks Tureks.
We had a backup pump installed on our sump after a failure when on vacation. Two years later, it was alarming and so we called them back out. The pump replaced under warranty. They were timely, efficient, courteous and everything you could ask for. Great experience.
Josh came out to do maintenance check on our water softener. He was early (they notified us ahead of time) and when he came in said he would do the waterless hot water tank too as he saw it hadn't been done. Both services were maintenance checks and covered for free. He spent time checking system, explained results and what he did, and when we should have next checks done to keep everything running smoothly.

Michelle and Jeff were fantastic! They both have exceptional customer service skills and were very patient and polite and took their time explaining everything to us. Josh from Tureks did a great job. I showed him the problem (a leaking drain pipe) and he gave me options for the repair. He got right to work and fixed it quick, great job. I think I found a plumbing service I will recommend to my friends and family.
