We were very pleased to get same day service even though our repairs were not an emergency! Technician was very professional and made sure all my questions were answered.
Erik did a wonderful job. He was professional and courteous. He solved every problem encountered. He protected our floors and cleaned up the debris from the dish washer install.
This was the first time that we have used Tureks Plumbing Services.
We had called to get an estimate for a water heater and after speaking with Eric we had him go ahead and install a heater that same day.
He was friendly and informative and the rates were very reasonable as well as the quality of the product and services.

Kyle and Randy did a great job solving our drain issues and answering all of our questions. We called them based on a referral from a coworker, and I'm so glad we did. We're Tureks fans for sure!
The responsiveness and ownership of Ed Turek personally would have my business both professionally and personally given to Turek's Plumbing.
We had an issue after an install with a technician. Ed contacted us personally outside of business hours and took the reigns to right the wrongs. Not once during my two phone calls with Ed did I feel anything but supported in my issues with our service call.
Not even 24hrs later Randy and Kyle were out and did superb work. I told Kyle we've used Turek's for our four rental properties and can continue to do so with customer service like that. Randy and Kyle went above and beyond with their job today.
We went with Turek's for our own home for a reason and the service from Ed, Randy and Kyle is exactly why we'd be glad to again.

Andy was so great! He was so professional and respectful! He answered all my questions and was very patient with me. And he was very confident in his trade and I felt completely fine leaving the house while he finished up the work here. When I came home everything was cleaned up and looked so nice! I'm so happy with what Andy and his partner did.
