Josh was great. Explained what needed done, did exactly that and cleaned up so good you would never know he replaced my water tank.
Our family was looking into a new water heater and Turek's was the one to call. Cory and his partner looked at my situation, gave me their opinions, and an instant quote. I was pleasantly surprised when Cory said "We have a water heater on the truck. You want this done now?" I couldn't say no!
They got everything done from inspection to cleanup in about an hour. They did a great job with the install and were professional all the way. Only getting 4 stars as they provided a water heater with a small dent (not their fault). Cory explained the dent will cause no harm to the unit and is simply a cosmetic issue. He did take off $50 off the bill due to this dent.
I'll go with Turek's again!
I have to say you sent the two best service guys to do the work here. Truly two guys who work well together, and they know their stuff. Quite pleasant and experienced, in everything that they did here. They were here for almost 4 hours working on issues that "this old house" had...was to the point, didn't try to upsell anything, (as we are on a fixed income) thank you for sending them. When the need arises, Tarek's will be called again...thanks again....a great company, on time...and knowledgeable....
I contacted Tureks and even though I only could at that time leave a message, I had a return call by Megan within 5 minutes and she had me hooked up for first visit with a technician Cory who showed up 50 minutes later. Cory and his associate figured out what the problem was and resolved it. Both gave me advise that will help prevent future plumbing issues. I was very impressed and will use Tureks again.
Tracy was supposed to be home when Tureks was going to do the install, but she got called into work. I called Katie since I wasn't sure if I would make it home in time and instead of canceling on us, she just said he would call a half hour before he would arrive. If I couldn't be there on time we could reschedule. I really appreciated the flexibility.
Dakota showed up on time and came up with a game plan to install the larger garbage disposal. He cut the pipes down to accommodate the larger disposal. He had it installed and cleaned up very quickly. I would definitely recommend Dakota and Katie.
Repairs were scheduled in a timely manner and everything was completed professionally.
They did a good job replacing my water heater. Just wish it wasn't so expensive.
Tureks Plumbing did a great job on our remodel. Randy and Kyle were great to work with and dedicated to the quality of the workmanship. Randy and Kyle were careful with the property and cleaned up after they were done.
Megan was excellent with scheduling and responsive with questions. Overall, they were a great team, customer focused and experienced.
We had Dakota install our new water softener. He was very efficient and answered all my questions. I would highly recommend for any plumbing needs. Clean up was excellent. It was all together a great experience from scheduling to installation.
Cory was excellent! Clean and efficient work. He explained everything and made sure everything was working properly before he left. Left no mess behind and was respectful of our property.
