Dakota did an amazing job diagnosing our plumbing problem and had no problems answering our questions along the way. He also did a good job explaining the problems in laymen terms, so I could understand everything. He was very patient with my ever so curious children and overly loving dog.

A water shut off from the main pipe had broke and couldn't turn the water back on to the house. So I called Tureks Plumbing they responded in short order and Jeff the plumber fixed the issue so I could finish what I had started in the bathroom. Very professional I would highly recommend them!

I contacted Turek yesterday (Tuesday) to have someone come help fix our shower valve pin since it shot out unexpectedly. We were originally scheduled to have our appointment this Friday, and they were able to come repair our shower today! Nate was very professional and had everything done in less than an hour. He even recommended something for our slow draining sink as well. 10/10 would recommend for any future plumbing needs!

Had sewer backing up in my basement, called a franchise plumbing company and was told they don't do after hours work. So I called Tureks, the person that answered was courteous and helpful. Within minutes I got a call back from the on-call plumber who was able to get to the house in 45 min and made short work of the problem.
Jeff was very knowledgeable with our issues and concerns... Ran into an unexpected problem and he took care of it.
