Dakota called when he was a half an hour out. Got right to work and brought new one in and old one out. Had me come down so he could show me how it works. We needed a sewage pump replaced. Tureks sent a technician shortly after I called. Josh diagnosed an additional issue and had us up and running again within a couple hours. They will be my first call in the future. Thank you so much!
Trouble-shooting my loss of hot water too soon in shower. Josh started with the water heater to which he couldn't find anything wrong. So he checked the mixing valve in my shower since I had a problem with it when first installed. Hopefully changing the valve will fix it… waiting on parts!

Josh came in and noticed that my sump pump line was disconnected. We have been having issues with it staying connected and said he could fix it. Original issue was leak under dishwasher and he was going to replace with a new one we had bought. So not only did he resolve the original issue, but helped resolve the second issue that I had not thought about. Very nice and professional the entire time. Thank you very much Josh! Will use this company again.
1960 house basement floor drain clogged with cast iron pipe. Fixed quickly and gave a nice explanation of what he was doing and what to look out for in the future
