I must say, once again, Turek's has gone above and beyond. The only place to call if there are water issues. Katie was amazing in contacting the service guy, who turned out to be Josh was here, working with the utility department..Never once, he answered every question we had, and was prompt, cordial, and efficient. we'll always call Turek's, hoping everyone else will too..not once have they not answered a question, nor sent a person who is not capable of doing the work. Thank you so much... great review for a great company. 10 stars out of 10...actually 11...
We Had a plumbing emergency after hours. The tradesman Josh answered the call and worked with us and our tenant to quickly take care of the work that needed to be done! He ended going above and beyond to make sure the problem was solved and was able to provide a long term solution to keep from reoccurring! Thank you Josh and Tureks for taking care of this!
EXCELLENT customer service!!! Very knowledgeable and professional. Cannot say enough. From start to complete finish they did a superb job!!! Will definately take all my plumbing needs to this company without any hesitation.
Everything went well.
Nate was very informative as to what he was doing, and he was very personable. Enjoyed working with him.
Josh B. Installed two sump pumps with battery backups. He was efficient, knowledgeable, didn't waste time and entertained all my questions. He went above what I asked and was very helpful. Will definitely use Tureks again when I need plumbing done.
The technician did a great job of explaining options.
I love using Tureks. They're always quick and professional. Thanks for the services you all provide!
Tureks Plumbing Service installed an onyx shower stall for us. We couldn't be happier from the start to finished shower. There are so many colors and textures to choose from. Robert, our salesperson, was helpful with our selections. The installers were timely professional, communicative, and cleaned behind them each day.
They also installed a toilet and hot water cycler to the kitchen sink.i appreciated their determination to get that hooked up!
Katie kept us informed and updated on install dates and time frame.
Thanks to all who made this a positive experience.
We highly recommend Tureks for your shower and plumbing needs.
