We were very happy that there was a quick response to our need with the sump pump. Not happy that we were charged 200.00 extra when we called prior to 3pm as an emergency.

First time residential customer, after dealing with service and repair work by the Turek's team at our shop, they were my first choice when my gas water heater sprung a leak today. Katie did a great job lining up a tech for a replacement water heater the same day. Jeff Kolb did a quality job installing the new heater. Definitely pleased with the whole experience!

Turek's is always very responsive to our calls and helped us work through a loose faucet to get the result we needed. Nate was particularly helpful and a great on-the-job guy installing the extension needed. Very clean in our house and patient, clear explaining things. Love these guys.
Tureks came out to reline our basement plumbing. They called ahead and were right on time, extremely professional and did a great job. Sometimes it's the small things that make a difference, they laid down a carpet near the entryway to the home and put plastic down the carpeted stairs to ensure they wouldn't stain or cause a mess. When they left they picked everything up and even wiped down the door and handle to ensure everything was cleaned than they left it. Everyone on the team was easy to talk to and answered all of my questions. I will gladly call them again if I have future plumbing questions.
Very efficient operation and communication from the office to the guys in the field. They were in and out of the driveway in less than an hour on a repair that would have taken me a full day if not more. Craftsmanship was great, work area left spotless, and backed by a 2 year labor warranty
