From the ease of making an appointment to the knowledge and professionalism that Josh showed when inspecting my shower, I know that Tureks will be my lifetime plumbing company. We just bought a house and Josh came out to fix our shower. During the inspection, he noticed our toilet was running (I had only heard it the night before!) and offered to inspect that as well. He detailed what was wrong with both, offered solutions and the cost for each. He was done quickly and was quick to share his knowledge when I asked pesky new homeowner questions. Best of all, he was very nice to my scared dog. We will always use Tureks!

Had Brendan out to inspect our sump pump as part of the routine maintenance. As someone who has never even had a basement, I asked all sorts of questions and Brendan was super knowledgeable. He explained the system and its parts and even changed out our battery with the new one we found. Still happy with this company and would recommend them to anyone.
Jeff was polite a knowledgeable. He explained everything thoroughly and they were able to fix the problem within the hour.
Needed to redo plumbing under the sink. Scheduled for week following. Availability popped up and was able to get it done same day I called. Quality of work was great, plumbing was organized, job site cleaned after.
Quick response to a bathroom sink issue. Nate explained what was going on and resolved the issue. We will highly recommend Tureks to the condo association.
