My repair was installing a new sub pump. I have used Tureks Plumbing for a number of repairs/services and have always been happy with the results. A happy repeat customer. Each service man has been professional and respectful while solving the problem.
This isn't my first time using Tureks and with good reason. The professionalism from Megan on my initial call, to the speed and professionalism from the tech Nate. I know I caught a perfect storm, but from phone call to when Nate showed up was 20 minutes. Installation of our new water heater was quick, efficient and cleaned up after. I'll continue to use Tureks in the future.
I can't say enough good things about Turek's Plumbing! The office staff were absolutely wonderful, they went above and beyond to get my installation scheduled as quickly as possible since I didn't have any hot water. The plumber who came out was awesome! He did a fantastic job installing the new hot water heater, was professional, friendly, and provided top-notch customer service from start to finish. Highly recommend Turek's Plumbing for anyone who wants quality work and genuine care!

Since my first call to Turek's Plumbing, the staff has been extremely helpful and accommodating for my tight schedule. When my water heater had gone out, I was able to get an estimate appointment the very next day, and was able to work around my absence due to my work schedule.
When I had received a phone call from Jeff, the technician, he was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the various styles of water heaters that were available. He had spent significant time outlining the pros and cons of each model, while also explaining things in a way that made sense to the average person. He had made himself available for any questions throughout the week and the weekend, so I was able to make an informed decision. I also understand that he was willing to research the heat pump style water heater we had requested, even through he had never worked with one before. The office staff had also reached out to me to ensure that everything was going smoothly and I had the information I needed to proceed with the water heater install.
The install itself was done while I was at work, and I could not be happier with its performance and installation. My house remained clean, and there was no garbage, water, or significant damage left behind.
I strongly recommend the staff at Turek's Plumbing, and I will continue to use them in the future.
We've been very pleased with the service that we received from Tureks over the years, especially so after our most recent repair. Josh B was extremely professional, courteous and communicative. It was a weekend emergency and he called us immediately to relay he would be on his way after finishing up his prior call. He identified in short order the source of our plumbing issue. We were extremely satisfied with his service call to our home.
Another great service provided by Tureks service. Nate was great to work with and accommodating to my needs. I will call again if I am ever in need of any other services in the future.

Shae installed our RO sink tap unit. He was professional, efficient, respectful of our leased property as renters, and actually took the time to read/watch the RO unit manufacturers install literature. I believe some "experts" would just wing it because they're experts but I'm glad his professionalism exceeded some I've experience before in other states. A+ Shae!! Thank you for your expertise.
Highly recommend, every step was easy and met with friendliness and professionalism. I got scheduled quickly and Nate did a great job solving the problem and communicating what was going on and the cost to expect.
