Shower faucet leaking over the weekend. Nate was able to get over Monday afternoon, identified the problem, had the parts and fixed it in a jiffy!
Tureks sent Josh to work on our kitchen sink drain issue. He was on time, professional and walked me through everything he was going to do to help resolve our issue. Will absolutely use Tureks for future plumbing needs.
I was so happy that I was able to replace my hot water heater so quickly as the older one was leaking bad. Also he replaced my sump pump and added a battery backup! I'm very happy with the results!

Josh arrived nicely early. When he left, the only evidence that he had installed our new dishwasher, sink, disposal, and faucett was the new dishwasher, sink, disposal, and faucett. No mess. The old items were gone and the packing materials for the new ones too! We've had Tureks do a number of projects over several years, planned and unplanned. We'll call them whenever plumbing work is needed.

From the ease of making an appointment to the knowledge and professionalism that Josh showed when inspecting my shower, I know that Tureks will be my lifetime plumbing company. We just bought a house and Josh came out to fix our shower. During the inspection, he noticed our toilet was running (I had only heard it the night before!) and offered to inspect that as well. He detailed what was wrong with both, offered solutions and the cost for each. He was done quickly and was quick to share his knowledge when I asked pesky new homeowner questions. Best of all, he was very nice to my scared dog. We will always use Tureks!
