Detailed project packet we could understand!
Ed,
We love our new master bath. It is hard to imagine how different the space now looks. We were very pleased with your team of employees. It was nice not to worry about contacting the carpenters, electricians, plasterers, tile professionals or plumbers. It was all handled by your company and if we did have questions or concerns they were promptly handled. The people who worked on the project were polite and professional and it showed in the quality of their work. We had open dialogue from the initial meeting where ideas and measurements were taken and then we received a nicely detailed proposal. The project was started on time and finished in time for the holidays as promised. The house was completely covered so as not to disturb any other parts of the house near where the work was being completed. We are looking forward to our next bathroom project with your company.
